Taraval Associates is a new venture and business development firm expert in all aspects of early-stage company planning, formation, execution, and venture finance.  In addition, Taraval Associates is the general partner of two (now fully invested) early-stage venture funds.  Some of our most successful enterprises and investments are companies that we conceived of and helped to build ourselves.  The firm is also engaged from time to time to start new companies and provide business development and technology acquisition services to early-stage and growth companies in the healthcare, agriculture, biotechnology, and chemical process industries.
